Donating Blood

So last Friday the Red Cross came to my job and I decided to go donate. It has been around 2 years I believe since I last gave. Lets just say it was not a good experience and involved me turning very white in the process! So after 2 years I decided to try one last time. I am so glad I did because it went great! It wasn't painful and made me feel great that I was doing something positive to help someone who needs it! I think this may become a more frequent thing since they come to my work every couple of months. Not to mention they give us 4 hours off for the day to "recover". I don't hate it :). A little added incentive if you will! I encourage you all to at least try it once! It's worth it!
